Split payments & articles

This guide shows how to use the numpad in the cart to:

• Combine multiple payment methods (split payments)
• Divide an article into parts (split articles)

Split payments

1. Add products to the cart.
2. Press the numpad button at the bottom of the cart.

3. In the numpad view that opens:
   • Use the digits to enter the amount for the first payment.
   • Press K to delete the last digit.
   • Press C to clear the entry.

3. Enter the payment amount, then select the payment method.
4. The partial payment is now registered in the cart. Select the next payment method to cover the remaining balance.
5. Choose a receipt option.

Split articles

1. Press the numpad button at the bottom of the cart. A numpad view opens (highlighted in green).

2. In the numpad view:
   • Enter a decimal value for the fraction of the article (e.g. 0.5 for half).
   • Press K to delete the last digit.
   • Press C to clear the entry.
   • Press 1/2 to quickly add half of the article.

3. Confirm the fraction value, then select the article.
4. The 'article fraction' is now added to the cart.
