BackOffice release (March 27) ​

New Features ​

  • Accounting:
    • Expense accounting is now available in the accounting module, with support for Visma Spiris, Fortnox, Bjorn Lunden, Tripletex, and Fiken. Includes a new cart action in cash register settings, a confirmation dialog, and a dashboard to-do item for missing account numbers.
    • Added accounting translations for Other and Expense account types.
  • Dashboard:
    • Added custom day and month comparison modes.
  • Articles:
    • Added product group and display category filters to the Articles page.
  • Discounts:
    • Added target groups to discounts.

    Note

    Not yet fully supported in POS.

    • Redesigned the discount list from cards to a sortable data table.
  • Reports:
    • Added gift card sales and redeemed fields to Z-report and Grand total report.
  • Devices:
    • Cash register details are now shown in a new information dialog.
  • Cost centers:
    • Added branding support to cost centers.
  • General:
    • Custom colors are now saved and unified with a shared custom colors palette in the color picker.
    • Added a Skatteverket registration to-do item for Swedish tenants.

Fixes & Improvements ​

  • Authentication:
    • Fixed password reset not triggering, a race condition requiring two clicks, and a redirect loop.
  • Articles:
    • Fixed takeaway price always sync from regular price when takeaway is re-enabled.
    • Fixed menu categories not being set when creating a new article.
    • Skipped SKU required validation when the tenant has no storage enabled.
  • Stock:
    • Stock taking recount now only shows changed articles.
    • Inline error messages now shown in stock order dialogs instead of failing silently.
    • Fixed "save & print" for stock orders.
  • Company:
    • Organization number is now shown as read-only on the company page.
  • Other:
    • Various improvements and bug fixes
